How the Meadow Score works

The Meadow Score is a weighted average of published star ratings. Newer reviews count more: a review loses half its weight every 365 days. Reviews from verified customers count 1.5 times. To keep a few reviews from swinging the result, the score starts from the typical rating in the category as if it had 5 reviews, and it is shown once a business has 3 reviews. Reviews where the writer received something in return are left out or count less. Businesses cannot pay to change it.

I found them through this site. It was fine, nothing special. Decent, but slower than expected.

Disappointing

I booked through their website. We had to chase them twice. The result was not quite what we asked for.

Spot on

We needed help at short notice. Small touches that made a big difference. Exactly what we were promised, on time.

Good, with one small niggle

Kemi K. Regular

Experience in August 2025

We visited on a busy Saturday. Good work overall. Nearly perfect, just one small hiccup. Some parts were great, some less so.
