I ordered a large monstera for local delivery and two leaves were snapped when it arrived. They offered a partial refund quickly, but I would rather have had it delivered with more care.

Fine work, messy finish

The gutter was replaced well and has not leaked since. Bits of old sealant were left on the patio and I had to sweep up after them.

Nice room, slow service
Review of The Marmalade Cup
Experience in January 2026
The tea selection is wide and the room is bright and calm. On a quiet Tuesday it still took twenty minutes for two scones to arrive, and one order was forgotten. The scones themselves were good once they came.
