3.9Meadow Score
Average 3.9 from 11 reviews
The Meadow Score is a weighted average of published star ratings. Newer reviews count more: a review loses half its weight every 365 days. Reviews from verified customers count 1.5 times. To keep a few reviews from swinging the result, the score starts from the typical rating in the category as if it had 5 reviews, and it is shown once a business has 3 reviews. Reviews where the writer received something in return are left out or count less. Businesses cannot pay to change it.

We needed help at short notice. Small touches that made a big difference. They explained everything clearly.

We needed help at short notice. Exactly what we were promised, on time. The price was fair and agreed up front.

This was our second time. Good work overall. Nearly perfect, just one small hiccup. It was fine, nothing special.

We visited on a busy Saturday. Clear communication most of the time. Helpful staff and a sensible price.

We visited on a busy Saturday. We were charged more than the quote. I would not use them again.

We needed help at short notice. Staff were polite but disorganised. We had to chase them twice.
