Review of The Marmalade Cup

Booked a service · Experience in September 2026
We booked a cream tea online and the table was ready when we arrived. Scones were warm, the jam was clearly homemade, and the pot of tea was topped up without asking. It was busy, so it was a little loud.
- What went well
- Warm scones and homemade jam
- What could be better
- Noisy when full

They fitted a new mixer tap and bled a radiator that had been cold for months. The invoice listed parts and labour separately, which I appreciated. They had to come back once because a fitting was not tight, but sorted it the next morning.
- What went well
- Clear invoice with parts listed
- What could be better
- Needed a second visit for a loose fitting
